Trump & China trade deal
Today is another day from the long path of Trump & China trade war started in January 2018. I posted below the chart with the moves that occur during this time in some of the stocks affected by this and the move of SPY (Standard & Poor 500) along the same time frame:
JD – an e-commerce company and retail infrastructure service provider in China
BIDU – provides Internet search services in China and internationally
BABA – provides online and mobile commerce businesses in China
NIO – designs, manufactures, and sells electric vehicles in China
FXI – fund that seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE China 50 Index composed of large-capitalization Chinese equities that trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
FSLR – provides photovoltaic (PV) solar energy solutions in the United States
X – produces and sells flat-rolled and tubular steel products primarily in North America and Europe
AA – produces and sells alumina, and aluminum products in the United States and internationally
SOYB – fund that seeks to reflect soybeans that are traded on the Chicago Board of Trade
GM – designs, builds, and sells cars, trucks, crossovers, and automobile parts worldwide.
